Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Carefully pack the unopened tea or unused accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
